Important Update
RMA Allows Additional Time to Submit
 Acreage Reports for Spring-Seeded Crops

To help insured producers who have been affected by the recent extreme weather conditions resulting in excessive precipitation and flooding in the Midwest, the Risk Management Agency (RMA) of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is allowing additional time – June 24 to August 15 – to file acreage reports for all 2008 crop year spring-seeded crops. For more information, see the June 24 bulletin from the USDA.  (click here for USDA bulletin) If you have questions, please contact your crop insurance agent.
