Bietz Wins SDFB Scholarship

On May 8^th, 2008, Cheryl Bietz was awarded one of two SDFB $1000 scholarships at the Tripp-Delmont High School Awards Night. Cheryl, seen here surrounded by proud SDFB parents, Wayne and Tammy, received her certificate from Kathy Guthmiller, president of the Hutchinson County Farm Bureau, on behalf of the SDFB. Cheryl, the valedictorian of the senior class, will go on with her education at SDSU majoring in pre-chiropractic.  This bright young woman has been involved in the school play, girls’ basketball, statistician, chorus, band, TATOO, student council, class president, Homecoming Queen, SD congressional page, 4-H, Luther League, and helped with the after school program and tutoring. Congratulations, Cheryl and proud parents Wayne and Tammy!
